About the Role

As an NDIS Service Coach, you’ll work closely with support workers and clients to:

• Facilitate Self-Managed Teams (SMTs) that are collaborative, capable, and client-focused

• Guide Primary Workers to step into their leadership roles with clarity and purpose

• Oversee team stability, and support worker allocations

• Manage service intake, planning, and reviews in collaboration with participants and their teams

• Engage regularly with your team, building strong culture and proactive practice

• Ensure quality, safeguarding, and compliance are embedded into everyday work

• Respond to incidents, support debriefs, and drive reflective practice

• Champion staff feedback tools like PQFactor to promote culture, accountability, and improvement

• Provide monthly reporting to contribute to organisation-wide service insights

This is a people-first leadership role. While you'll be managing logistics and compliance, the heart of your work will be supporting teams to thrive and clients to live well.

✅ What You’ll Bring

Experience in the NDIS sector, with strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards
Leadership or coaching experience — formal or informal
Passion for person-centred, strengths-based approaches
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
A love for building great relationships
Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
