$26–$35 per hour + Super depending on qualifications and experience

Posh N Polished is Melbourne’s most luxurious nail and beauty salon - where professionalism, presentation and talent matter.

We’re looking for exceptional technicians who take genuine pride in their craft and want to work in an environment where quality, presentation and attention to detail are never compromised.

Specialising in premium nail services, threading, brows and lashes, Posh N Polished is known for exceptional talent, meticulous standards and an elevated client experience.

Just as importantly, we’re building a team of genuinely lovely people. You must be warm, friendly and respectful towards both clients and colleagues and contribute positively to our supportive team culture.

You don’t need to be experienced in every Posh N Polished service. If you’re talented, professional and have strong foundations, we’ll invest in you. Training in Posh N Polished techniques and services will be provided where required.

• Have strong Russian manicure and cuticle preparation skills
• Have BIAB / builder gel and gel polish experience
• Have nail extension and shaping skills
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Take pride in your presentation and professionalism
• Are warm, friendly and welcoming with clients
• Are kind, respectful and supportive towards your colleagues
• Are reliable, punctual and team-focused
• Genuinely care about giving every client an exceptional experience

Additional beauty qualifications and experience are highly regarded, particularly Threading, Lash and Brow treatments.
