About this role
As Pricing Manager, you’ll provide the analysis, insights and governance that underpin pricing decisions across the retail product suite. You will maintain visibility of competitor pricing, assess commercial impacts, and ensure decisions are supported by robust financial modelling and strong governance. This role is essential in helping the bank balance growth, margin and member value while responding to market and interest‑rate movements.

What you’ll be doing

• Analysing financial and commercial impacts of pricing changes across lending and deposit products.
• Developing scenario models to assess margin outcomes, customer retention and portfolio growth.
• Preparing pricing recommendation papers for committees including Product, ALCO and Executive forums.
• Monitoring product performance, including NIM, profitability and front‑book vs back‑book pricing.
• Strengthening pricing governance by tracking discounting, documenting decisions and improving analytics and reporting frameworks.

What you’ll bring

• 5–10 years’ experience in banking, financial services or consulting with exposure to pricing or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, lending and deposits.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability (Excel essential).
• Experience with SQL, Python or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations; strong written and verbal communication.
