Customer Service and Installer Co-Ordinator

About the role

Premier Shades is seeking an Installer Co-Ordinator and Customer Service assistant to join our team in Gosford, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, installation teams and internal operations. You will be the point of contact who ensures that all installations are scheduled and executed efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining Premier Shades' reputation for excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling and co-ordinating installation appointments with customers and installation team

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders and installation schedules

• Liaising between customers and installers to confirm appointments, provide updates and resolve any issues

• Following up with customers post installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Managing calendar systems and scheduling tools to optimise installer availability and customer preferences

• Providing administrative support to the operations team as required

• Maintaining professional standards in all customer interactions and representing Premier Shades positively

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in customer service, administrative support or a similar co-ordination role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software including email, scheduling applications, and customer management systems

• A professional telephone manner and friendly approach to customer interactions

• Problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

• Preferably, experience in the home improvement, retail or service industry would be advantageous
