Komatsu's Wacol branch is growing, and we are currently seeking multiple Boilermakers to join our workshop team.

This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly, fabrication, fitment and modification of a wide range of machinery including:

Brand-new MachinesMining EquipmentConstruction & Utility Equipment

You'll work across machine assembly, fitment of local customer options, fabrication, modifications, pre-delivery inspections, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning before equipment is delivered to customers.

Roster: Monday to Friday: 5:00am to 1:57pm OR 2:00pm to 10:27pm

What We Are Looking For

Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Fabrication, Engineering Fabrication or similarExperience in welding, fabrication and equipment assemblyStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipExperience working on heavy mobile equipment, machinery or industrial equipment highly regardedAbility to interpret drawings, specifications and build documentationCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively within a team environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnIndustry standard tickets/Licences preferred but not essential (Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Dogging)
