We’re looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our poolside team at Breeze and Summer Salt at Elements of Byron.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You’ll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our poolside areas are clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages
• Providing friendly, attentive service to guests
• Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Assisting with food running and guest requests
• Following service standards and RSA compliance

You’re someone who brings great energy, enjoys working in a team, and thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment. You take pride in your work and enjoy creating a memorable experience for our guests.

About You:

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment
• Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded)
• Current NSW RSA (essential)
• NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to commit to at least 4 months (WHV welcome)
