Residental Property Manager

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management

• Current Property Management registration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with Property Tree is highly regarded

• Good time management and organisational skills

• The ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines

• Experience conducting routine and open inspections

• A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence
