Team Leader

• Part-time: 30 hours/week
• Entertainment, Kidswear and Womenswear departments 

Reporting into the Assistant Store Manager, you will coach and lead the functional teams in Entertainment, Kidswear and Womenswear by identifying new opportunities to promote sales, building relationships and supporting the teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that we’re known for.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.

Your Background:

• People leadership / Supervisory experience within a retail environment  
• Strong time management, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• Retail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• A love of retail!
