Dermal Therapist

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional skin treatments, creating personalised treatment plans and building long-term client relationships that achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

This is more than a treatment role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, contributes ideas, supports the team and plays an active role in the continued growth and success of the clinic.

1. Clinical Excellence

Deliver exceptional client care through evidence-based treatment planning and advanced skin therapies.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations.

• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.

• Perform advanced skin treatments including (but not limited to):

  • Skin Needling

  • Chemical Peels

  • IPL Hair Removal

  • IPL Skin Rejuvenation

  • LED Therapy

  • Dermaplaning

  • Advanced Facials

  • Other treatments as introduced by the clinic.

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans where appropriate.

• Recommend suitable homecare and educate clients on achieving long-term skin health.

• Maintain accurate treatment notes and clinical documentation.

• Deliver every treatment to The Skin Generation's clinical standards.

2. Client Experience & Relationship Building

Create an exceptional experience that encourages long-term client commitment.

Responsibilities include:

• Build genuine relationships with clients.

• Ensure every client feels listened to, understood and supported.

• Confidently educate clients on treatment options and homecare.

• Rebook clients appropriately to achieve their skin goals.

• Assist in implementing client retention and engagement initiatives.

3. Business Growth

Contribute to the continued growth of The Skin Generation by:

• Promoting treatment plans and memberships where appropriate.

• Recommending retail products confidently and ethically.

• Supporting clinic promotions and seasonal campaigns.

• Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and business performance.

• Assisting with reactivation of inactive clients when required.

4. Operations & Team Contribution

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities include:

• Front-of-house duties.

• Maintain treatment rooms to exceptional presentation standards.

• Ensure equipment is cleaned, sterilised and maintained correctly.

• Complete daily clinic procedures.

• Assist with stock monitoring and inventory management.

• Participate in regular team and 1:1 meetings.

• Contribute ideas to improve clinic systems and efficiency.

• Support implementation of new services, treatment protocols and clinic initiatives.
