About the Role
We are looking for an experienced F&B Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our F&B portfolio, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate at a client relationship level to maintain existing, and further develop, our F&B chemical supply & service portfolio

• Design chemical programs, chemical dosing systems and equipment solutions with a focus on the F&B sector

• Quote improvements and new business opportunities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure systems operate efficiently

• Maintain communications and recommendations to clients

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3-5 years experience in cleaning & sanitising or a related technical field

• Experience with chemicals in F&B

• Ability to design and specify chemical dosing systems with the assistance of our partners and suppliers

• Knowledge of chemical application processes and compliance standards

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• A valid driver's licence and the ability to work independently

• Australian work rights are required for this position
