Landscape Maintenance Site Manager

SureGreen is looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of a beautiful private school site in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, this is not your average maintenance role.

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school’s landscape maintenance, ensuring the grounds are looking their best all year round.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your site

• Plan and organise daily works

• Maintain gardens, lawns, hedges, trees and landscaped areas to a high standard

• Build a strong relationship with the client and school community

• Identify opportunities to improve the presentation and health of the landscape

• Work closely with SureGreen management and other teams

• Help develop apprentices and less experienced team members

• Lead by example and create a positive, professional team environment

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes genuine pride in their work.

You’ll ideally have:

• A horticulture, landscaping or related qualification

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance

• Experience leading or supervising a team

• Strong horticultural knowledge

• Good communication and organisational skills

• A professional approach and great attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and take ownership

• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

• A current Australian Driver’s License
