What you'll be doing

As a Strata Maintenance Plumber, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine and preventative maintenance on strata plumbing systems across multiple properties

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues efficiently and professionally

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, plans and specifications

• Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Responding to emergency plumbing calls and providing timely solutions

What we're looking for

• Current Plumber's Licence or equivalent qualification recognised in NSW

• Experience in strata maintenance

• Proven experience managing plumbing systems in multi-unit residential and commercial properties

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between multiple properties

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Able to service Hot Water and Pump Systems (Preferred)

For the 3rd Year Apprentice position, we require:

• Current apprenticeship registration with appropriate training provider

• Completion of at least two years of accredited plumbing apprenticeship training

• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, materials and tools

• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to learning

• Valid driver's licence
