BlueFit is proud to be commencing an exciting new partnership with the City of Wanneroo to manage the new Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre (AARC), one of the largest capital works projects ever delivered by the City.

At the heart of this partnership is a shared commitment to creating a thriving community hub that enhances health, connection and liveability across Alkimos and the surrounding northern corridor. Through aquatics, learn-to-swim, health and fitness, indoor sports and community recreation, the Centre will create opportunities for everyone to participate, belong and thrive.

As part of our foundation team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help establish the Centre's culture, programs and customer experience from day one, guided by BlueFit's proven operating systems and commitment to excellence.

What the Role is Really About

As our Customer Success Manager, you are the champion of the member journey and the driving force behind community engagement. Working hand-in-hand with the Facility Manager, you’ll lead our customer service, reception, and member retention teams to ensure every visitor leaves AARC with a smile.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Pre-Opening Engagement: Drive local community awareness, lead early membership/swim school enrolment campaigns, and recruit our front-of-house team ahead of our November grand opening.

• Front-of-House Leadership: Lead from the front by setting the service standard at reception, coaching customer service staff, and ensuring a warm, high-energy environment.

• Member Retention & Journey: Oversee seamless onboarding for health club members and swim school families, proactively resolving feedback and turning everyday visitors into lifelong venue advocates.

• Community Connection: Work closely with local schools, community groups, and local council representatives to run engaging events and maximise facility participation.

• Service Standards & Administration: Manage front-desk operational workflows, point-of-sale (POS) systems, membership administration, and customer communication channels.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• People-First Leadership: You’re a warm, approachable leader who leads by example on the concourse and front desk rather than sitting behind a closed office door.

• Customer Success Expertise: Proven background in customer service leadership, member retention, or front-of-house management within leisure, hospitality, retail, or health clubs.

• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exceptional communication skills with the empathy to handle customer feedback constructively and build lasting relationships.

• Commercial & Operational Drive: Understanding of membership sales pipelines, retention metrics, and team scheduling.

• Essential Requirements:

  • Senior First Aid & CPR Certifications

  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

  • Experience with leisure management systems or LGA facility partnerships is a major plus!
