About the role
To support our ongoing operations and ensure optimal performance, UGL are seeking a skilled Mid Term Scheduler to join our team in Perth CBD. This role will commence in ASAP, on a casual basis for an estimated 12-month duration. You will be a local Perth, WA resident and work a 5/2 roster.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership in the delivery of optimised Mid Term maintenance schedules and to support efficient delivery of routine maintenance, strategic maintenance campaign schedules and planned maintenance shutdowns. You will be required to be proficient in SAP, and have had exposure to Prometheus.
Key responsibility areas:
Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules using Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations.
Collaborate with various departments to align maintenance schedules with production goals.
Utilize SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to develop and maintain schedules.
Monitor and report on the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
Provide detailed and clear communication to all stakeholders regarding maintenance plans and activities.
Prioritize safety and technical integrity in all scheduling activities.
Qualifications:
Trade qualification in Mechanical, or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of Computerised Management Maintenance Systems (CMMS).
Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project (e.g., P6).
Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience in a hydrocarbon facility or related industry workplace.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget management.
