DIDO Security Officer - 14/7 Roster (Regional NSW Location)

We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team working on a Regional NSW site on a full-time basis.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company providing services to an exciting infrastructure project.

This site is in Regional NSW, and offers 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Accommodation and Meals are provided. This is a Drive-in-Drive-Our Role, starting from Cooma, NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

• Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets

• Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely manner

• Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractors

• Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs

• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive and vigilant approach to security

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Current NSW Security License, RSA & White Card is required for this position

• Unrestricted Drivers Licence

• Full Australian work rights

• Outstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously on the 14 days on, 7 days off roster
