About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maximize your territory through building strong stakeholder partnerships
• Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the business
• Grow your region through discovering and prospecting new. high potential business partners that will drive brand equity and revenue 
• Build strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders 
• Become a " Culture Creator" in your region, working closely with all team members in Victoria to achieve a harmonious and productive working environment 
• Territory covered - Victoria/Regional Victoria 
• This is a filed based role that will require some regular travel in your territory .

The Successful Applicant:

Are you an imaginative, focused, team player that relishes the opportunity to help deliver outstanding service, ideas, and results?

• You have a proven track record as an Account Manager in Cosmeceutical /Aesthetic Industry
• You have a minimum of 3 years previous sales experience in Cosmeceuticals/Aesthetic Industry
• You have a passion for Skincare and the medical Aesthetic Industry
• You are a Self- starter and thrive in a goal- oriented environment 
• You possess great relationship building Skills
• You have excellent written and Verbal communication skills 
• You have a vibrant and engaging personality nd a drive to succeed 
• You re excited by achieving growth and delivering strong results
