📍 Aim Dental Innaloo | Permanent Position | Approximately 35 Hours per Week

A rewarding clinical role without the traditional five-day working week

Aim Dental Innaloo is looking for an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist who wants to provide excellent patient care while maintaining genuine work-life balance.

This permanent position offers four consistent days each week, plus two Tuesdays per month. You’ll enjoy the stability of regular hours, the support of an experienced dental team and regular weekdays away from the practice.

📅 Your Roster

• Monday: 8:00am–5:00pm

• Tuesday: 8:00am–5:00pm during the second and fourth weeks of each month

• Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm

• Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm

• Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm

One-hour unpaid lunch breaks apply.

This roster provides approximately 35 paid hours per week on average. While we are ideally looking for one clinician to cover the full roster, we are open to discussing flexibility with the right candidate.

🦷 About the Role

You will take ownership of your patients’ preventive and ongoing oral health care, with the opportunity to build trusted, long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care

• Assessing, treating and supporting patients with periodontal conditions

• Educating patients about oral hygiene and long-term oral health

• Creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

• Collaborating with dentists on patient care and treatment planning

• Providing children’s dental care within your approved scope, where applicable

• Maintaining accurate clinical records

• Following current infection control and clinical standards

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist

• Is warm, professional and confident when communicating with patients

• Takes pride in providing thorough, high-quality care

• Enjoys building lasting relationships with patients

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Is dependable, organised and proactive

• Contributes positively to the wider practice

Experience in Australian general practice is preferred; however, graduates with the right attitude and commitment to patient care are encouraged to apply.
