Bravada is now one of the largest waterproofing contractors in the Victorian building & construction industry and our business continues to grow rapidly.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with construction industry experience to join our back of house team in supporting field operations teams engaged across some of the largest commercial and civil infrastructure projects in VIC for tier # 1 construction companies and various consortiums.

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated and team orientated Ops Support Officer to help set up projects and ensure they run smoothly from start to finish without delays, whereby they are delivered to clients on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

o   Coordinate site mobilisation & demobilisation activities

o   Facilitate procurement & delivery of products, services and P & E

o   Facilitate induction of workers to various industry platforms (Hammertech, etc)

o   Ongoing consultation with Project Managers & Supervisors re project requirements.

o   Supplier pricing master maintenance.

o   Fleet and plant & equipment management, recording & maintenance.

o   Assist Estimators with product / services pricing requirements

o   Inventory control & management (in conjunction with Storeman)

o   Process compliance & continuous improvement in support of Company’s ISO accreditations.

Applicants will need to possess:

Ø  Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction industry

Ø  Tertiary or construction industry qualifications

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ø  Current Drivers’ Licence.

Ø  Australian citizenship (required for Govt asset projects)

Ø  Be highly organised and have an uncompromising attention to detail.

Ø  Ability to work across multiple projects & meet deadlines.

Ø  Have a can do attitude & be a cohesive team player.

Ø  Have a vibrant personality & great communication skills

About the position:

§  Permanent position (subject to probationary period)

§  Reports directly to the company’s Sales & Commercial Manager

§  Flexible days / hours available for the right candidate

§  Competitive remuneration package of $75,000 to $85,000 plus Super

§  Located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne
