Receptionist/Dental Assistant (part-time)

About the role

As one of the first points of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and helping the clinic run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
• Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with general administration
• Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic
• Helping create a positive and caring experience for every patient
• Dental assisting (training provided if you do not yet have this experience)

About you

• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
• Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working as part of a busy, collaborative team
• Committed to providing excellent patient service
• Experienced in reception
• Dental assistant/technician experience (desirable)
• Experience in a dental practice (desirable)
