Quality and Deployment Lead

Our client URGENTLY requires a Quality and Deployment Lead for 6 months+ Contracts in Darwin.

The Quality and Deployment Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating quality assurance, release management, deployment planning, and operational readiness activities across a portfolio of ICT initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and operational support teams to ensure solutions are delivered to agreed quality standards and deployed successfully into production environments. This includes establishing and maintaining quality and deployment frameworks, coordinating release activities, managing deployment schedules, facilitating readiness assessments, and ensuring effective governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance and deployment activities across multiple ICT initiatives and technology environments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management, release management, and deployment frameworks, processes, standards, deployment runbooks, release documentation, quality metrics, and reporting artefacts.
• Identify, manage, and escalate quality, deployment, and release-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement across testing, quality assurance, release management, and deployment practices.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
