Process Operators

Aspect Engineering Solutions, has recently secured a long-term contract to operate and maintain a gold processing facility in Tennant Creek, NT. We’re seeking experienced and motivated Process Operators to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate processing plant equipment: Milling, CIL, thickening, filtration, elution circuit & control room

• Operate mill feed loader when required

• Monitor and control process via SCADA system

• Conduct plant inspections, identify maintenance needs

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Need

Essential:

• "C" Class Australian Driver’s Licence

• Previous experience in gold processing plant operations

• Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks

• NPC clearance and full Australian working rights

• Solid understanding of process operations and SCADA systems

• Safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Desirable:

• Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights tickets

• Forklift and Front-End Loader tickets
