Excel Pacific Australia require an Internal Customer Service officer to join our team in our Hallam office.

Excel Pacific Australia have been supplying Timber and Hardware Merchants, joineries and related businesses with quality Timber and building products since 2012.

The successful applicant will have the ability to engage and build professional relationships with our existing customers while helping new customers navigate our product range.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers by phone and email and you will be  assisting our external sales team with processing orders in our system and assisting other team members with data entry, organising deliveries and other admin tasks as required.  Product training will be provided, however experience in retail/trade or a wholesale timber environment will be looked upon favourably.

About you  

If you can show the skills below, you will excel in this role.

• A good understanding of timber or a related field (Steel etc)

• Good knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage and provide an effective and timely response to customer enquiries, both internal and external.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Have a positive and flexible attitude and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Excellent time management skills.
