Pay & Benefits

• $21.50/hour starting pay
• Paid training
• Performance bonuses
• PTO starts immediately
• Medical insurance after 30 days (30+ hours/week)
• Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniforms provided

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• 10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week
• Average 150–200 stops per day

Key Responsibilities

• Safely complete package delivery routes on time
• Operate and inspect company delivery vehicles daily
• Use GPS, delivery apps, and a smartphone for navigation, scanning, communication, and timekeeping
• Lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs
• Work safely in all weather conditions while getting in and out of the van throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
• Must be willing to consent to a 4-panel drug test (does not include pre-employment marijuana testing)
• Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
