Treatment Co-ordinator All on 4

About the role

This is an opportunity for the right person as a 3 to 5 day role. As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for new patients and All-On-4® treatment planning – guiding people through their options, keeping appointment books full, and making sure no one falls through the cracks. It's a busy, varied role for someone who's equal parts organiser, communicator and problem-solver.

Key responsibilities

• Turning enquiries into patients – following up leads, booking consults, and helping new patients feel welcome and informed from day one

• All-On-4® coordination – co-consulting cases with the Practice Principal, scheduling arches, and organising patient seminars and information evenings

• Keeping the schedule humming – filling appointment gaps, confirming bookings, making courtesy calls, and gently discouraging late cancellations

• Handling the details – invoicing, payment plans, correspondence with referring dentists, and day-to-day admin

About you

• Experience in dental highly regarded but not essential

• Front desk experience at a dental or medical practice highly regarded but not essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• A proactive, take-initiative attitude

• A warm, empathetic and genuine approach with patients
