4x4 Accessories Fitter / Mechanic

About the role

MYTUFF4x4 in Liverpool is on the hunt for an experienced 4x4 Accessories Fitter to join our workshop. If you know your way around bull bars, lift kits, dual battery setups, lighting, canopies, drawers, snorkels and everything in between, we want to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in a clean, well-finished fit and can work through jobs efficiently without cutting corners. Mechanical experience is a big bonus and will be well rewarded, but our main priority is a fitter who lives and breathes 4x4 accessories.

What you'll be doing

• Fitting a full range of 4x4 accessories to a variety of makes and models

• Wiring and installing lighting, dual battery systems, driving lights and electrical accessories

• Bar work, suspension/lift kits, snorkels, canopies, drawer systems and more

• Diagnosing and problem-solving on the job

• Keeping the workshop tidy and delivering quality work customers are proud of

What we're looking for

• Proven experience fitting 4x4 accessories (essential)

• Automotive mechanical experience (highly regarded / bonus)

• 12V auto electrical knowledge is a plus

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

• A genuine passion for 4WDs and the offroad scene

• Current driver's licence

What's on offer

• $58,000–$90,000 per year including super, based on experience — the more you bring, the more you earn

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm — no weekends

• Steady, full-time work in a busy, well-equipped Liverpool workshop
