About the role

We're looking for a Full Time Barista to join our Mt Gravatt team. This isn't just a barista role — you'll be a genuine all-rounder, moving between our coffee cart and the wider store floor throughout the day. It's perfect for someone who takes pride in consistently great coffee and equally great customer service, and who enjoys variety in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Making excellent coffee, consistently, for every customer

• Greeting and serving customers on the shop floor

• Answering the phone and helping with general customer enquiries

• Keeping the café area stocked and running smoothly

• Maintaining the cake and treats fridge

• Pitching in across the store as needed — this is a true all-rounder position

What we're looking for

• Barista experience, with a genuine passion for making great coffee

• A warm, friendly approach to customer service

• Comfortable multitasking and switching between coffee cart and retail duties

• Reliable, organised, and happy working in a fast-paced environment

• A team player who's open to learning about our wider health and wellness range
