Snap Fitness Club Manager

About the role

As the Club Manager of Snap Fitness Griffith, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the club. This role covers all key areas including lead generation, sales, marketing, customer service, setting group fitness timetables, managing Personal Trainers, and building strong relationships with both members and the wider Griffith community. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the club.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure all members have a positive experience at the club
• Drive sales through local community and corporate outreach
• Develop and implement marketing and member retention strategies to drive club growth
• Ensure the club maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance
• Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively
• Manage Personal Trainers
• Set group fitness timetables

About you

• Experience in a similar Management or fitness industry role highly regarded
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs with strong focus on customer service
• Leadership and people management skills
• Professional approach to work
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Competent across social media platforms
• Certificate 3 in Fitness looked at favorably but not necessary
