Manly Vale Nursing Home is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our committed clinical team.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the health, wellbeing, and dignity of our residents. You will provide hands-on nursing care, clinical guidance, and contribute to maintaining best practice clinical governance in line with current aged care standards.
You will also provide leadership and support to care staff while promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.
We currently have Full Time, part-time, Night shifts available from Monday through to Sunday,
You are compassionate, reliable, and genuinely passionate about caring for older Australians. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering exceptional resident-focused care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an RN in aged care or home care (less experience may be considered for the right candidate)
Strong clinical skills including:
Assessments
Medication management
Wound care
Continence and catheter care
Palliative care
Understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Commitment to maintaining a positive and healthy workplace culture
Australian working rights
Current NDIS Worker Check
