About the Role
The Process Improvement Manager works closely with the senior management team within the Education, Experience and Employability portfolio and key business partners across the University to lead and deliver effective organisational change, process improvement and operational initiatives.
As a member of the Service Delivery team within Student Administration, the Process Improvement Manager leads innovative and collaborative business improvement initiatives that enhance the delivery of student administration services. The role supports the Service Delivery team to translate and embed the University’s strategic priorities across the student lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and strengthening operational capability.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across the University, the Process Improvement Manager facilitates the delivery of service obligations and identifies opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working. The role also contributes to building staff capability and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence within Student Administration.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until end of October 2027 at our Hawthorn campus.
