The Position

We are seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to play a key role in shaping each guest’s journey from the very first moment of consideration. From the initial enquiry through to confirmed booking, you will help bring the Calile experience to life, setting expectations through thoughtful communication, genuine care and exceptional attention to detail.

As a central point of contact, you will manage guest enquiries across phone, email and online channels, confidently converting reservations while delivering a consistently warm, professional and personalised service. Your ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs will ensure every interaction reflects The Calile’s commitment to effortless luxury and authentic hospitality.

About You

You are a confident, service-focused professional with a natural eye for detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. Calm and organised, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and create meaningful guest connections through clear, thoughtful communication.

• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel
• Warm, confident communicator with a guest-first mindset
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
• Opera Cloud experience advantageous (not essential)
• Flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster
