Crane Operator - CLA Wharf Roadway Project

Are you an experienced Crane Operator looking to be part of a major infrastructure project? Monadelphous is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team on the CLA Wharf Roadway Project. This role involves operating a Maeda LC1385M 6-tonne telescoping crawler crane to support construction activities while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Operate a Maeda LC1385M telescoping crawler crane safely and efficiently
* Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
* Perform lifting operations in accordance with lift plans and site procedures
* Work collaboratively with supervisors, riggers, doggers, and other site personnel
* Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and operational requirements
* Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
* Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to crane operations

What you'll bring:

* Current C2 Crane License (C6, C1, or CO license's are also accepted)
* Previous experience operating crawler and/or mobile cranes on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
* Strong commitment to safe work practices and hazard identification
* Ability to work both day and night shifts in a dynamic project environment
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Construction industry experience and understanding of site procedures
