Optical Dispenser (Full-time Opportunity)

We’re now looking for an Optical Dispenser or Optical Assistant to join us for a full-time opportunity.

You’ll help customers find eyewear that suits their vision, lifestyle and personality, while using your optical knowledge to make sure they get the right solution.

You’ll be involved in:

• Helping customers choose frames and eyewear they feel great wearing

• Recommending lenses and coatings based on individual needs and lifestyle

• Measuring, fitting and adjusting spectacles with accuracy and care

• Dispensing prescription glasses, sunglasses, safety and sports eyewear

• Supporting customers with contact lenses

• Building relationships with customers and creating an experience they want to come back to

• Working alongside our clinical team to support the best outcomes for our customers

• Developing your skills in areas including myopia management

• Processing orders and keeping our dispensing processes accurate and organised

• Contributing to the wider team and helping us achieve our shared goals

You’re confident in your optical knowledge, but just as importantly, you’re great with people.

We’d love someone who:

• Is a qualified Optical Dispenser or an experienced Optical Assistant

• Has a genuine interest in optics and enjoys continuing to learn

• Takes pride in getting the details right

• Is naturally customer-focused and enjoys building relationships

• Communicates confidently and professionally

• Is reliable, organised and willing to jump in and help the team

• Enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from experienced colleagues

• Brings a positive attitude and contributes to a great team environment

• Has experience with optical systems and dispensing processes
