Looking for flexible casual work that fits around school hours, other commitments, or just a change of pace? Just Lifestyle Centres is hiring Learn to Swim Teachers this summer across our sites in Rosewood, Leichhardt, Goodna, Bundamba (Ipswich region), and Lowood and Kilcoy (Somerset region).

Our shifts are ideal if you're after part-time, term-time, or flexible work — with lesson blocks running mid-morning, daytime weekdays, and after school, you can build a schedule that works around your life. Whether you're new to the workforce, returning after a break, or looking for a rewarding change of pace, we'd love to hear from you.

Start date: August intake and Early September

About the role:

As a Learn to Swim Teacher, you'll deliver fun, safe, and engaging swim lessons to children and beginners of all ages and abilities. You'll be part of a team that creates a positive learning environment, builds water confidence, and helps our members and local community develop lifelong swimming skills. We value team members who bring patience, reliability, and strong people skills to the pool deck.

What we're looking for:

• AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia teaching qualification (or a willingness to obtain one)

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) — essential

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient, customer-focused attitude

• Availability and willingness to work weekends, particularly Saturdays — our biggest day of learn to swim — essential

• Availability during daytime weekdays, school hours, or after-school blocks is a bonus

• A team player who takes safety seriously and enjoys working with children
