The position

As a Disability Support Worker at VMCH, you’ll provide high standards of care and active support to our clients, supporting activities of daily life while supporting individual choices and preferences.

What’s Required

Certificate IV Disability or similarExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse and relate to people with understanding, patience and sensitivityStrong commitment to service and careTeam focused and supportive of colleaguesCurrent NDIS Screening Clearance, WWC, First Aid and CPRCurrent Victorian Driver’s License (desired).
