We're Looking For
A proactive and organised Workplace Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

What You'll Do
As part of our Workplace and Enterprise Asset Management team, you'll coordinate the day to day delivery of workplace services, support operational and compliance requirements, and partner with vendors to ensure our workplaces are safe, well maintained and running efficiently.

This Sydney based role operates Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with flexibility to support business needs when required.

You're passionate about creating exceptional workplace experiences, enjoy building strong relationships and delivering responsive support that makes a genuine difference to employees and visitors.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in workplace coordination, office services or corporate workplace operations
• Experience managing mailroom services, couriers or document management processes
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements, contractor management or building services
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and workplace systems, with strong organisational and multitasking skills
