As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Beaumont Tiles, providing expert advice and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and project advice
• Assisting customers with product selection across tiles, flooring and bathroomware
• Preparing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
• Building strong relationships with retail, trade and builder customers
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets

About You

You are someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping customers achieve great outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous retail, showroom or customer service experience
• A passion for sales and achieving results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to learn new products and systems quickly
• A proactive and positive attitude
• A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
