WE’RE HIRING — PRODUCER 🎬
Our brilliant producer is heading off on maternity leave, which means there’s a producer-shaped seat at Optika that needs filling for the next 6–12 months.
We’re looking for an experienced commercial producer to join our small team in Cronulla, Sydney.
Optika is a hybrid creative production company, which basically means no two jobs look quite the same. One week we might be working direct with a brand on a nimble content shoot, the next we’re partnering with an agency on a full-scale TVC or integrated campaign.
We need someone who’s comfortable across all of it.
Someone who can take a project from brief through to delivery; building budgets, pulling together crews, managing schedules, wrangling logistics, keeping clients happy and generally making sure all the moving parts… move.
You’ll also get involved in the day-to-day running of Optika. We’re a small team, so there’s not a lot of “that’s not my job” around here. We all get stuck in when needed.
A few things worth knowing:
* 6–12 month maternity leave cover* Based from our Cronulla office, with flexibility* Solid commercial production experience is a must* Experience working with both agencies and direct clients* Comfortable producing everything from small content shoots to larger TVCs and integrated productions* Organised, calm under pressure and good with people
