• Provide exceptional Quality Coffee and customer service across the organisation through your leadership
• Provide on-going training to multiple restaurant teams
• Lead your team of well-trained Barista’s across multiple locations
• Conduct Quality visits and checks and provide feedback
• Plan and conduct training needs as required
• Meet set KPI’s
• Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers.
• Comply with business policies, procedures, safety and security standards for a safe working environment.
