Customer Service & Administration Officer

NORTHSIX is partnering with an established, well-known distribution business with a large and loyal customer base built over many years. They're known for reliability and genuine long-term relationships with both customers and staff, and are now looking for a Customer Service / Administrator to join their established team

The Role 

You will be the point of contact for customers and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including:

• Managing customer orders and resolving complaints
• Processing invoicing and credits
• Coordinating transport runs and delivery schedules
• Supporting promotional activity
• General administrative duties as required

Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm

You're able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, stay professional in customer conversations and take pride in getting the job done. People who do well here, have strong performance and tenure tend to grow within the company to various other roles.
