We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Assistant to join our Marketing, Communications and Enrolments Team and support the delivery of these experiences.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Enrolments, this fixed-term role (commencing as soon as possible until the end of Term 2, 2027) supports the planning and delivery of a diverse range of College events and community engagement activities.
Working closely with the Marketing, Communications and Enrolments Team, you will assist with event administration, communications, registrations, logistics, supplier liaison and on-the-day event support.
You will contribute to events that celebrate student achievement, showcase the Mercedes College experience and strengthen connections across our community.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities, solving problems and contributing to exceptional event experiences.
