Client Services Officer – Level 1

Located across our Latrobe Valley sites, 2 positions available.

• 1 x Full time, 12-month fixed term & 1 x Part Time (3 days per week, 48 hours per fortnight), permanent position available

As a Client Services Officer, your role will include a wide variety of responsibilities and continual challenges to resolve for our clients. Your capabilities will be pushed and developed, providing stimulation, professional learning and personal growth. The complexity in our operations and people, our geographical spread and our growth add complexity and variety to the Client Services role. 

To be successful, you will require;

• Year 12 VCE completion or equivalent and/or Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or a post – secondary qualification in a related discipline or relevant industry experience.

• Ability to travel across the service delivery area, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

• Current Victorian Driver License and working with children check will be required for this role.

• This position is classified as a Health Care Worker B. Evidence of immunisation history must be provided prior to confirmed appointment.
