About the role

Lyka Smith Pty Ltd is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth within a designated geographical region. This full-time role is based in Sydney NSW

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads within the assigned territory

• Providing exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout the sales process

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

• Gathering market intelligence and providing valuable insights to the leadership team

• Participating in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or junior account management role within the healthcare or medical industry

• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software

• Passionate about the healthcare industry and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
