As a Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador of the Brand to provide a unique and timeless experience to our clients. You will proactively reach out to them to deliver excellent service and inspire our clients with innovative strategy in order to achieve individual targets, Boutique objectives and increase clients’ loyalty.

Job responsibilities

Sales/Performance

Enthusiastic in achieving sales target given by Boutique through effective use of selling techniques, clientele and product knowledgeIdentify clients’ expectations and complete sales transactions successfullyAdvise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for maximizing sales potentialBuild strong collaboration with the team for achieving sales & boutique’s objectives

Client Development

Provide excellent client experienceProvide warm welcome and interact with every client proactivelyDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client serviceArrange private appointments with clientsProvide excellent after-sale-serviceUpdate Be Dior on a regular basisParticipate to the events that contribute to the overall Boutique performance

Boutique Operation and Back of House Support

Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standardProvide support to Back of House operations for enhancing Boutique efficiency

Profile

Education & Professional QualificationsCompletion of secondary education or aboveWork ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail industryOther RequirementsGood command of communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent selling technique, service-oriented and client centricWilling to learn attitudeStrong sense of team spiritPassionate in luxury fashion industryProficient in English, other language is an advantage
