Project Planner- Pre Site

We’re looking for an experienced and detail‑driven Customer Service Admin (Pre‑Site Project Planner) to join our Project Planning team. This role plays a crucial part in the customer journey, ensuring every home is fully prepared for construction to commence smoothly and on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre‑site phase, guiding them through requirements with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Managing weekly workflows and coordinating all pre‑construction certifications and approvals to keep projects progressing.
• Preparing variations, permits, contracts, and supporting documentation with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Working closely with internal teams - including Estimating, Drafting, Sales, and Construction - to ensure smooth handovers and timely project milestones.
• Streamlining administrative processes and maintaining effective communication channels to support internal stakeholders and enhance the customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in residential construction or a similar pre‑site/project coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy in handling documentation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centred approach.
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced, workflow‑driven environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and keep projects moving.
