About the Role 

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve business outcomes and support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role where you’ll act as an advisor, facilitator and analyst across a range of exciting engagements. 

You’ll gain experience in: 

• Project delivery and execution 

• Business analysis and stakeholder engagement 

• Process design, improvement and implementation 

• Customer and user experience mapping 

• Data insights and remediation 

• Agile and human-centred design methods 

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re after graduates who are not only analytical and curious, but also confident communicators and natural relationship-builders. You’ll thrive in collaborative environments and be energised by solving problems that matter. 

Ideal candidates will be: 

• Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) in Business/Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related fields 

• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders 

• Strong in critical thinking, analysis and written communication 

• Interested in superannuation, financial services or consulting 

• Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable 

• Australian citizens or permanent residents, Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
