About the role
As the Public Safety and Security Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee security operations across multiple venues and events, ensuring robust systems, processes and people are in place to manage risk and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in creating safe, welcoming and inclusive environments where patrons, staff, artists, contractors and the community can enjoy outstanding cultural experiences.
Reporting to the Director Event Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across public safety and security, working closely with venue and events leaders, internal teams, contractors, Police, emergency services, government agencies and event organisers. You will also work across a dynamic portfolio of venues and events where no two days are the same.

Location
This role will be based at one of our metropolitan venues and may be required to travel to work from ACT’s metropolitan sites as required.
