Oversee the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.Manage the IT team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve effective operations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all technology operations.Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with organisational needs.Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.

Profile

A Successful Head Of IT Should Have

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Effective communication and team management abilities.Capability to develop and execute strategic IT plans.Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and familiar with modern cloud, networking, and security architectures.Deep expertise across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, AI and automation and service delivery.Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.Proven track record of building and developing high-performing IT teams, with experience managing across multiple locations or regions.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from AUD 150,000 to AUD 180,000.Performance-based bonus.Permanent role with long-term growth potential.
