Quarterly planning offsite to connect, reset, and grow with the team.
Onsite parking and an easy-to-access location at Bankstown location.

We’re a growing Exercise Physiology business helping people with chronic conditions, disabilities, and injuries reclaim their strength and independence.
We’re looking to hire either an experienced EP or a motivated graduate ready to grow with us as we’re growing our client base.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Delivering high-impact 1:1 and small group Exercise Physiology programs across NDIS, DVA, Workers Compensation, Medicare, and private clients.
Running professional assessments and writing reports for doctors, support coordinators, and rehab consultants.
Educating clients on how exercise is medicine, empowering them to reclaim independence and long-term health.
Taking part in daily huddles, setting goals, tracking KPIs, and being supported so you feel empowered in your role.
Having a direct voice in shaping Chronic Gains’ systems, culture, and client experience as part of our founding team.
Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude.
High emotional intelligence and ability to connect.
Coachable, fast learner, and takes initiative.
Disciplined, organised, and goal-driven.
Comfortable with accountability and hitting KPIs.
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.
Working With Children Check & Police Check.
Australian working rights (visas not supported).
Driver’s license and own vehicle.
