About The Role

Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Valuer to join their professional valuation team. This role is suited to a Certified Practising Valuer with a solid track record in the property industry, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant valuation advice across a range of property types.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and valuation assessmentsPrepare accurate, independent valuation reports in accordance with API standardsAnalyse market data, comparable sales and local property trendsStrong analytical and report-writing skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilitiesEnsure compliance with regulatory, professional and quality requirementsTeam player with a proactive, can-do attitude

About You

Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualificationMinimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience as a CPVAt least 3 years’ experience in the property valuation industryStrong knowledge of the Sydney property marketHigh attention to detail with sound professional judgementAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively
