OTE $70K–$120K+ | Base + Super + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

Community Collective is expanding its Brisbane sales team and looking for ambitious, driven people who want to earn based on performance and build a career in sales.

No sales experience required. If you’re confident with people, motivated by results and willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and coaching to help you succeed.

Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, leadership, events or trades is highly regarded but not essential.

Choose Your OpportunityTravel Sales Representative – Limited Positions

• Travel Australia approximately every four weeks
• Flights and accommodation provided
• Face-to-face residential and B2B sales campaigns

Brisbane Sales Representative – Full-Time

• Monday–Friday, face-to-face sales across Brisbane
• Structured onboarding and practical sales training
• Ongoing coaching from experienced leaders
• Supportive, high-energy team environment
• Immediate starts available

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
